On autoship and they are chargins me $100 instead of the $62 listed price on their website! Beware. You could be paying almost 2x the cost for autoship. So much for advertised cost savings! Called an they said the price went up; even though their website advertised the $62 price! Pathetic! You might save on first autoship; but watch out for the following price hikes!

Allicheap should be their name There's a reason they're so cheap like they say you get what you pay for. I wish I'd never heard of them. Took them 2 weeks to get my pets meds which he no longer needed by the time they finally arrived here. They never told me my vet would refuse to confirm either their emails or phone calls. I had to learn that from my vet. Then to make it up they assured me they would overnight vs USPS my order. They didn't. They sent it regular USPS. Then to make up for that snafu they told me they were giving me a $15 off coupon which didn't work when I tried to use it. I wrote them about all this they never replied back. Like I said you get what you pay for. Allicheap is my name for them More accurate. Worthless bunch.Giant waste of time worth neither the aggravation or frustration I had to endure with them

The pricing was fair in my perspective. However, the main attraction for me was the Paypal payment option. Unfortunately, after spending over 30 minutes pawing over the selections, pricing, creating an account, and checking out, I then find out that they have removed that Paypal payment option. I called customer service to verify, and was giving an apology, but it did not make up for the misleading information. I trust Paypal and use them all the time for online purchase. I do not appreciate the bait and trap tactics from any company.
Walmart PetRx turned over accounts to allivet. Allivet does not allow online cancellations of autoship - you have to call them. I paused all autoships until I had time to reach someone by phone. One is suddently active again and was shipped against my wishes at an exhorbitant price. I have NO card or payment method on file. Hmmm. I don't do business with companies who operate this way.
Too expensive but i cannot get medications anywhere but Allivet. I wish more discounts is given since I've been ordering from Allivet for over two years now.
My first pet rx order had a huge discount which was fantastic! I continued to order from Allivet because the prices were comparable to other sites. When my cat died, I contacted them about an order that was just shipped and they kindly refunded my money. Great customer service.

My pet's prescription was transferred to Allivet from Walmart Pet Rx. The price of my first auto shipment from Allivet was 125% higher than previous shipments form Walmart. I called and they offered me a 10% discount. They said, "The price of the medication went up." HA! I can still find it from other places for the lower price. They finally reduced it by 40% for 6 months. That gives me time to get the necessary paperwork to get it from somewhere else. Even Walmart regular pharmacy is less than what Allivet agreed to give me for 6 months with GoodRx.

Hold credit card hostage, out of your control and in theirs.
Beware. For a long time I had a good relationship with Allivet. Then I noticed their advertised auto ship prices weren't corresponding with the amount I was being billed.
I called last week and told them I had plenty of a certain RX for my dog and not to autoship that order. I was very specific about the medication. There was only one medication in the order. The rep assured me the shipment would not be sent this time. You can't stop an autoship anymore online, you have to call to get it done. This is very annoying. It is not a good business practice. It also-takes the control of my credit card that pays for the autoship in their hands. You aren't allowed to delete a credit card if you have autoships on file unless you put another credit card number in. The medication got shipped for $100. A medication I do not need. I called to complain and they did not offer to make it good. "Sorry" doesn't help my checkbook. I went into my account to end my business with this company, to stop all autoships and take my credit card off the account. Can not do it, not allowed without talking to a rep. I called and they told me they were cancelling my autoships and taking my credit card off as payment but that is not what is showing online in my account. The credit card is still there the following day and so are the auto ships. They told me on the phone that the autoships and credit card are deleted on their end, but since they already lied to me about the other matter, I don't believe them. I am contacting the attorney general for my state Monday and filing a complaint. It is my credit card and I should be able to take it off my account for payment at my convenience. It is their responsibility not to ship an order unless a credit card is on file. They are hold my credit card hostage. This may be illegal. I am going to Chewy. I always get good customer service there and have control of my account. I can guarantee these guys won't send you a condolence card if your pet dies.
Two months after ordering my dog's medication from Allivet for $78, I went to reorder. I had received an email saying that "all prices had been reduced" for Black Friday. The website said the same thing also. Upon reordering, I saw that the price was now $85. There was an option to save 5% by setting up auto delivery, but since you never know what the price is going to be, that's pretty risky.
At least $20 cheaper than vet. Easy to order. Have never had a problem getting the medication in the time they said it would come.
They have better pricing than my vet can offer. They contacted the vet directly to confirm the prescription (taking me out of the middle). I got free shipping because I met the threshold. I am about to order from them again and see if they can make it 2 for 2. My only slight complaint would be that shipping was a tad slow, but I was not under pressure to get the meds quickly because I still had plenty on hand.
I found out my cat is diabetic and needs insulin injections. My vet had never used allivet, but was told they ship overnight and we could get her started right away. (Her Glucose Levels were in the mid 300s and she's 10, so it was kind of a matter of life or death). It took a week to actually get the product, and it wasn't even what I needed. When I called to order in the first place, the person I spoke to literally had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for the insulin My vet recommended. I decided to have my vet call and assist me in ordering. They did (because they're amazing!) and called me back letting me know that allivet would be able to get it out to me if I registered my email on their site. I did without complaint, and I thought I would receive the stuff the next day. I never received any kind of confirmation from allivet, so I called the following day. After a bunch more confusion (even though my vet office ordered the stuff for me), I was told that I would have everything I needed to get my cat started on her injections. Since I had never done this before, I thought we were just off to a rocky start and I decided to trust the guy. I NEVER received an email with a receipt for my purchase. The ONLY email confirmation I got for ANYTHING was a confirmation email after registering to their site. When I finally got the stuff, I took it to my vet to learn how to administer the shots and she literally said my 120$ insulin was completely unusable. (allivet is much more expensive than other places but I thought I was paying for convenience. This was the price after their discount...)
To make an already long story short, I called several times to have the situation rectified, but they assured me there was nothing they could do except charge me extra for the things I DID actually need. This also meant I had to wait longer to start the injections and time wasn't really on my side. After several more days of back and forth, I finally asked for a supervisor and we agreed that I would be refunded. I never got a processing email for the refund or anything. Not surprised. In fact, I called several days later and the man assured me that I would most certainly receive a receipt for the refund that day. Nope.
I did finally receive an email for my initial purchase and my refund TODAY. It only took ANOTHER week and I've only been dealing with this since the end of December.
I will NEVER use allivet again. My veterinarian said This was her first and last time using them as well. It's obvious that this company has no education on the products they sell, their employees are incompetent and their customer service is horrendous. If you care about your pet, consider getting your products elsewhere.

I ordered Cyclosporine for my German Shepherd, Gibbs on 6/17/23. I had 16 day supply at that time. Allivet estimated delivery 3-5 business days after vet approval. Vet approved Rx on 6/20/23.
I was traveling until 7/1/23, called Allivet to check on Rx. They said it was out of stock, no date for shipment available. I had not received ANY COMMUNICATION of this prior to calling. Gibbs is out of meds. I have canceled all prescriptions from Allivet, closed my account, and ordered Rx elsewhere. Don't let this happen to your pet.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Allivet's service. Despite placing an order for next-day shipping, Allivet shipped it two-day (but still charged next day). What made matters worse was the fact that I had to explain to the overseas call center the distinction between two-day and next-day shipping. Unfortunately, the call center was completely unhelpful and seemed to have no understanding of how poorly they were representing Allivet. Not happy and very disappointed.

I placed an order on July 30,2020 for boxes of flea/heartworm medicine. One of their "Pharmacy techs" called o on Aug. 2nd and left a message that the vet declined it because of the pet name. I called them back on Aug. 3rd to find out what the problem was, the "customer service rep" had an accent so thick I could not understand her, they sent in a prescription in our cat's name! I kept getting emails stating, waiting on vet authorization, I called the vet, the vet stated they have REPEATEDLY sent the request back authorizing them to fill them. I called Allivet back on Aug. 7th, I was hung up on 2 times when i asked for someone WITHOUT AN ACCENT, one rep. Would not take me off speaker and was clanking metal in the background. I hung up and spoke with one of their "supervisor" Gabriel, explained the situtation, he said he would take care of it.
Almost 2 weeks have gone by, I have REPEATEDLY called their customer service, the vet has called and still no pet meds. I finally cancelled the order.
I will never order from them again, I'll go to Chewy or 1800PETMEDS.
Allivet never was this bad, customer service was great and all the reps spoke ENGLISH WITHOUT AN ACCENT! I guess the CEO wanted CHEAP FOREIGN WORKERS!

I have two of my 5 dogs in the allivet system. I get Simparica Trio and Carprofen through Allivet as it is cheaper than my vet office. I have yet to place an order in the nearly two years with them that does not require me to call and fix a problem. I placed a re-order of a prescription from 6 months ago and it still got messed up. They submitted the same dog (larger) twice for the Trio order to my vet, which meant they couldn't fill it. Calling customer service was frustrating and irritating. The CS rep apologized "for the misunderstanding" (they just faxed incorrectly, no misunderstanding) but although the words were said, the indifference came through loud and clear.
I love that Allivet provides cheap prices on meds for my fur baby. Medications can be really expensive so I never use any other company but Allivet.
