Dont buy anything from this site.It is definately fake. They took £103 from me plus an overseas transaction fee and how come they needed to do that as it is supposed to be a UK outlet?. I have repeatedly emailed them and was blocked from the original website a couple of days after they took my money and it is now a month on and no refund as promised. They are thieves and liars who basically make a living from stealing from honest people.If i could report them i would but don't know how to go about it. Any ideas?
A complete scam. Items delivered from Hong Kong so obviously fake and had to pay £15 import tax.
There are no returns policy despite what it says on the site even though they delivered the wrong items to me and sizes!
When asking for a refund they would only suggest that I give the clothing to a friend!
The website is fake without a doubt... oh it looks good alright possibly better than abercombie's own, the prices are about right as well... but i promise you i am very savvy when it comes to these things and i got fooled by this site, the clothes are like what you would buy from a market stall, i received most except for 1 garment and i can tell you not one will be on my back... no customer service will respond and no returns will be accepted as once you pay the money that is it gone... anyone know how to get the money back surely if you pay via credit card you are covered for these things?
I was lucky enough at the last moment not to put in my payment details which when asked for them looked totally dodgy. I couldn't access paypal which the site advertised it took, so I bailed out in the end, instead of giving them my card details. I feel I am 1 lucky lady.
Just go away from that page.The products are fake. I made an order for two hoodies and two tees and they send me just one hoodie and one tee. When i asked them the two pieces that missing they answer me that was out of stock and i should choose something else. I answered them i don't want something else just to refund me the money for the two items i did not receive, for that time they didn't answer again.Do not be stupid like me and avoid this fake company for your good and inform everyone about that. What a f... fake!
The people that run this website are absolutely crap! Bought a top from them as they said it was 100% Abercrombie when I received it, it wasn't real, I have tried to sent this top back to them and they will not reply to any of my emails now as I cannot send it back without a returns nukber they say! Now when you try and get onto the webside the fails!
Looked genuine enough although should have noted there were no contact address or phone number. Order was directed to a website in Shanghai - need I say more. Stay well away this a a scam!
Recently purchased an item for £70, told out of stock so offered a refund. It has now been 3 weeks and many emails with no sign of a refund! Do not use this site at any cost!
Totally fake! Avoid this site! They charged me double than they had too! I wrote them and no answer for 2 weeks, i asked for refound, no email back, nothing. I made complaint to the bank. But once they tooked the money from credit card u won't see them back. They tooked my money double and didnt got any product anyway, not even a confirmation emai. Nothing!
TOTALLY SCAM! Police should do somethong about this scam! Avoid them!
