OMG where to begin? I made the mistake of calling in to order Spectrum mobile and internet after receiving numerous ad mailings! I recommend to AVOID! It appears they spend so much time trying to get new customers that they don't care about the poor souls that signed up with them. So the mobile service we received was horrific, so we sent the phones back. They gave me bad advice to bring phones back to local store, but the store said I have to ship them in and that maybe the "training was bad" which is why spectrum support gave me incorrect instructions. Then they told me where to ship the phones, but that also was bad advice bc the address they gave me said they cannot accommodate Spectrum's request. THEN when finally we were able to locate a correct shipping location (no thanks to Spectrum) to ship the phones back and cancel service, after a month they still act like we have phone service, calling us trying to activate the phones, then I see they are still trying to bill me after more than a month of canceling service. I am so tired of dealing with them, calling them trying to remind them that our mobile is cancelled, which they "verify" over the phone yet I keep getting indication that it's still not canceled. I still have Spectrum internet that kept going out every day, even during my Zoom meeting, which makes me look bad having unreliable service. Actually past couple of weeks Spectrum internet has not been going out, so I am keeping fingers crossed. TLDR I wish I had never dealt with Spectrum.
I've been a spectrum mobile and internet customer since oct 2022. I pay my bill every month. Spectrum will call me 10 times per day, text my phone numerous times per day and also email me a few times a day. My bill is $63 and they claim it's $127 and that only $63 is due. They say this to justify all the harassment regarding my bill. I'm ready to cancel this B******t. Their service sucks anyway. It took me literally 5 months to get my mobile phone service working. Kept getting the run around and bogus backup fixes. Finally once I threatened to send my phone back and cancel my service they fixed it. I asked for a credit for not having a working phone for 5 months...they gave me a $10 credit. The company is shady and claim they have the best service...that's straight up BS.
