The worst of the worst, and I have been in CPG industry for 25+ years. Have never seen any warehouse service providers with worse service. Everything leaked. No fillers in the box. They deny everything even though we have all photos and videos. And they overcharge by sneaking unknown charges to their bills, EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is a sham!

In the past buying from American was a dream impossible and when I wanted something from American my friends were unhappy to carry it for me; which in turn it made me unhappy too. Then one day I come across this company, and since then shopping from American is just part of my life. Shipping using DHL is just cheap which makes the bedabox great! I had 2 orders from Amazon and needed to ship them to Sydney, Australia. BedaBox did great job, received my parcels, consolidated them into one package and sent it to the destination address. What I liked particularly - is that they follow up on every detail and whenever I had questions, they were quick to response and ready to help.

I used the personal shopper service to ship buy an exclusive product from the USA, and the entire process was a very pleasant experience. The customer support provided by Bedabox would place in the top few places out of all the services I've used, being very quick, helpful and friendly in response.
Where there were problems or other options in payment or shipping, I was contacted and provided with full details so I knew the situation the whole way through.
I definitely would recommend this to anyone interested in getting products from the US that you can't get elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
Paypal fees are expensive, try to preload on bitcoins for payment if possible, seeing as they don't have fees.

Very poor service! You pay for high shipping costs, but customers receive their packages 5-6 days delayed! You file a claim for lost, damaged, incorrect packages, they just circle back and say reach out to the shipping company! I mean, we are their customers! They should be the one to file the claim to the shipping companies they are in contact with! When you file a claim/complaint/ticket, you will couple of days before you get a response and gues what? I ordered a stroller for my daughter few weeks ago. BedaBox helped me with everything, they were very friendly and responsible. Their services were fast and for great prices. I can definitely recommend this to all people who are interested in shopping in the USA.
My First experience went smooth bedabox hence I decided to use bedabox again and I must say this time I regret using bedabox. I had ordered a parcel from amazon and it was shipped to my suite number at bedabox address. But Team bedabox outright refuse that they have received any parcel in my name. It was delivered through UPS. Now as everyone know people at UPS are professionals even then I confirmed the delivery status by calling because I was requested to do so by bedabox. But bedabox is adamant that they have not received the parcel. Even amazon customer care cross checked with UPS and even they said to me that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address. What a scam company! When I try to Call bedabox am getting automated replies. What the heck! It's been more than 13 Days now and there is no reply from bedabox team regarding the same(I had raised this issue with their customer care 13 days ago) I'm frustrated as to how am being treated. When I emailed Jan Bednar CEO of bedabox, he assured me that he will have someone look into the matter but till date no one has nd even the CEO has not followed up/updated me on my case... What am I supposed to do. One guy named Kenneth from bedabox tell me that UPS has delivered my parcel to wrong address, it was mistake on their part and has opened an investigation regarding the same with them. Really? Dude you have opened an investigation with them without my consent or taking me into consideration? Do UPS allow someone else on behalf of their customers to open an investigation? ALL LIES AND RUBBISH TALK. To me it looks like someone from bedabox has stolen the parcel. 13 days ago I was asked to share the Tracking No. Of the parcel. I shared the same. Same day again and again, atleast 5 times in different mails exchanged I was asked to share Tracking No. Of the parcel. What a pathetic customer service you guys have. My Parcel was delivered on March 8th 2017. Below is the copy of the mail that I received from bedabox-

I am currently on the phone with UPS. They never put the investigation when they told me they did. They just opened it now. I told them the contents was shoes valued over $100. If you call UPS and reference the tracking number they can see the notes. I do not know why the first person lied to me and told me they started it and didnt. I am working on this issue. The address they sent it to is not associated with us and I do not know why it was shipped there. The address is 2112 South Cypress Bend Drive, Pompano Beach, FL *******. I will keep you up to date as much as possible. They informed me it can take upto 8 days.

Recently I placed an order at Amazon to be shipped to BedaBox. This was my first order involving BedaBox. When, after some time, the parcel did not arrive at BedaBox, I contacted BedaBox and asked them if anything was wrong. What had happened is that I had mistakenly given Amazon the wrong shipping address and the parcel ended up being shipped to a church situated on the same street as BedaBox. Believe it or not, Jan Bednar of BedaBox actually went to the church and was able to retrieve my wrongfully addressed parcel.
