*** An update to my original review - I decided to look back via the "Track My Order" function on the Zoxoro.com website re: the item I ordered in November, 2015. Their site still shows my order as "In Transit" with an updated Estimated delivery date of: * Tue 22nd Dec - Thu 5th May. This proves that they have an automatic update process which acts to keep stringing along those who are foolish enough to keep thinking they will eventually receive the product they ordered. I cannot believe that this site continues to thrive - it is the polished façade. STAY AWAY - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES...

DO NOT - DO NOT - "BUY" ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I WAS A FOOL TO HAVE PROVIDED MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO ZOXORO.COM.AU WITHOUT FIRST CHECKING REVIEWS. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT. I CALLED THE "02" PHONE NUMBER LISTED AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT NUMBER & ASKED A QUESTION VIA THEIR WEBSITE - AND I WAS SUCKED IN BY RECEIVING A RESPONSE TO MY QUERY. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM - THEY WILL RESPOND - UNTIL YOU PAY THEM. FROM THEN ON, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG BY REPEATEDLY SENDING OUT AN EMAIL ASKING FOR THE "5-DIGIT CODE" FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT NEXT TO YOUR ZOXORO PURCHASE. THIS TOO GAVE ME A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY AS I INITIALLY THOUGHT THIS WAS A SIGN OF PROTECTION. BUYER BEWARE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP SENDING YOU THE NEVER-ENDING REQUEST FOR A 5-DIGIT CODE - PROVIDE YOU WITH A LINK TO A USELESS TRACKING SITE (NO WAY TO DETERMINE: IF / OR WHEN THE ITEM SHIPPED; WHERE IT IS ALONG THE JOURNEY, ETC. - IT ONLY PROVIDES AN "ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY". EACH TIME THEY SEND YOU THE REPEATED REQUEST FOR THE 5-DIGIT CODE, THE ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY IS EXTENDED BY A WEEK OR TWO. YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT - THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY HOW FOOLISH I WAS... DO NOT ALLOW THIS FRADULENT COMPANY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. YOU MAY NOT BE AS LUCKY AS I WAS TO RECEIVE A REFUND FROM MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. *** I JUST RECEIVED MY REFUND AND CHECK THE ZOXORO WEBSITE "TRACK MY ORDER" LINK AS JUST AS HAS HAPPENED SINCE THE TOOK MY MONEY ON NOVEMBER 26,2015 - MY PRODUCT IS SUPPOSEDLY ON ITS WAY - NOW WITH AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF: DEC-16-FEB 19! I WONDER JUST HOW LONG THEY WILL KEEP UP THIS AUTOMATIC EXTENSION GAME - PERHAPS UNTIL 2017! EVERY TIME A CARD COMPANY HAS TO REFUND A CUSTOMER FOR A FRADULENT CHARGE, THEIR FEES WILL GO UP IN RESPONSE - AND THIS CANNOT BECOME A CRIME THAT WE ALL BECOME JADED TO JUST BECAUSE WE GET OUR MONEY BACK. THESE PEOPLE - ARE NOT IN AUSTRALIA. THEY ARE NOT "AUSTRALIA'S LARGEST ONLINE RETAILER" - THEY MAY HOWEVER BE AUSTRALIA'S LARGEST ONLINE CROOKS. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY!

Zoxoro needs to be shut down. My product never arrived nearly 4 months ago and I keep being told...
