Beware of this company! They lie and they cheat! They sold me non-existent merchandise, claimed it was on back order, cancelled without notification, claimed that my credit card was refunded only partial fee (the credit card company did not receive any), couldn't provide my purchase transaction on line and motivated that by the fact that it was an Amazon transaction, of which I was never aware of. Why are they still in business in our country?

Write your review to help others learn about this online businessI ordered duffle bags, 15 days before I was leaving the country, they said they would arrive within 5-7 days from the date of my purchase. After 8 days, I called the company to find out where my luggage was and informed them that if they didn't let me know soon I would not be able to order from another website because it would be too close to my date of departure. The only lady who could help me was on lunch and they told me they would call me back. No one called me back, I had to call them back, and even after that no one was responsive, they said they put a request in to find out what was going on in the warehouse. I still never heard from them. Two days later, I called them again, at this point, it was too late to order from another website, and I still had no heard from them. They then informed me, only because I had called them, that my order was on back order. I told them that it was too late, they needed to help me, and perhaps give me over night shipping for a different duffle that they did have in stock, they said they needed to have the manager, Ariana, help me with this, and she was out of the office. I waited for her to call me back, she never did. I once again called the company back, at this point, they told me they refunded me without my permission, and there was nothing else they could do, she didn't even apologize. Now 4 days before I leave the country for a year I don't have any luggage, and need to pay double for the same bags locally, when if they would have informed me right away that it was on back order, I could have ordered from a different company. I do not recommend you ever use this company.

Outdoorpros is a scam. They advertise the wrong pictures to describe visually the items you are purchasing then when they tell you after buying the wrong item "no problem just send it back and we will exchange it" then they make you pay a restocking fee and refund their shipping for their poor misleading advertisements. I purchased a $54 item and they refunded me $34 and then offered to exchange the item after the fact. So I lose $20 then have to pay and extra $20 to get the correct item. You can find everything Outdoorpros.co has for sale elsewhere and on ebay and I would suggest you do not deal with these losers.
Refused to cancel my order, even though it had not shipped yet. Returned my product and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. First time and last time customer.
Shipped part of my order OK. Second part of order is still on back order. Order went in on 12/10/2010 with second part of order to ship on 12/16, no worries should be here by x-mas. Never showed. Called after x-mas and they told me its still on backorder, another week and a half? 1/14/2011 Called again, they can't get an update from the manufacturer? Order has been out there for 30+ and can't get an update from the manufacturer, really. Said they will send me an email when they know something. We will see what happens. Dont shop here!

Terrible. They charged my credit card up front for backordered items, and after months of waiting I cancelled the order, and then the company started yanking me around about refunding my money. I've so far had to file a dispute on the transaction with my bank and I've also filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. And they still haven't given my money back, and they won't even answer my emails anymore. My advice would be if you're thinking about doing business with these people, DON'T. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and SHOP ELSEWHERE! This was my first order with this company, and absolutely my LAST.
I have had a miserable experience with OutdoorPros.com. I had intended to purchase paracord, and went ahead and placed the order online on May 4th. Twenty (20) days later, a package arrives, and then I find out that the order was INCOMPLETE. Only a third of it had shipped.
What the fvck did I pay $8 shipping for?
And then it gets worse. I email the customer support, and a week goes by without hearing anything. As I become more impatient, I call their customer service phone number to only get voicemail, 3 (business) days in a row. Leaving informational messages requesting updates. On the fourth call, I get through to someone who sounds like a child- who can't tell me anything about my order or where the rest of it is.
I check online and it changes from partially shipped to back ordered. I call once more (praying for a new individual) and a guy answers the phone. I give him my order # and he says... "welp, looks like that's back ordered. We're not quite sure when we're going to get it in...".
Today is JULY 5th, exactly TWO MONTHS since I paid for my products, of which a third has been delivered... and their website still reads "back ordered".
I will NEVER purchase from them again, and I want the god *******@MN cost of shipping refunded because I could've walked it from the manufacturers factory to my residence in the time it has taken these idiots to ship my order.
Don't sell things on your website that you don't have or can't get... it's that simple.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ONLINE. CHANGED PRICE AFTER I PAID AND IT WAS BEING SHIPPED, SO THEY CANCEL SHIPPING AND GET IT BACK, BUT KEEP SHIPPING THE REST OF THE ORDER THAT IS NOW USELESS WITHOUT THE FIRST HALF. REFUNDED ME BUT CUT ME $20 SHORT PLUS NO REFUND ON SHIPPING. STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE OTHER HALF OF THE ORDER (BEEN JUST ABOUT A MONTH). DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE AS THEY WILL CAUSE YOU ALOT OF GREIF AND MIONEY.
I placed an order with OutdoorPros and selected 2-Day shipping. Instead, they shipped standard (delivery eta of 11-21 days). I immediately cancelled my order (only hours after placing it) - both via email and phone. I received an email the next morning asking if I was "sure" I wanted to cancel the order. I immediately phoned back to verify but the rude, argumentative rep on the phone told me she couldn't cancel it - it had already shipped. The truth of the matter is that it had NOT yet shipped. They had more than enough opportunity to cancel it - it turns out, my order HADN'T shipped - it didn't ship until 6pm that night. These guys are scammers. They advertise product they don't have, delay order cancellations until it's "too late", and if you are so inclined to call them to voice concern for their fraud, they are happy to argue with you for hours on end. The sad truth is - they know that it will cost you more $$ to ship it back to them (they DON'T provide return shipping) than the refund on your card will be. Oh, and be ready to pay 20% restocking fee. The professional scam artist I spoke with actually had the audacity to try to bribe me! She offered to waive the 20% restock fee if I agreed to not "retaliate". HA! Yeah - I'm going to help you scammers get away with fraud in exchange for $2.
This is a classic scam operation - make it harder and costlier for people to return or cancel orders than they will actually be credited for the return. I am filing complaints with the FTC, the Attorney General's Office of CA and the BBB.
Be warned - they have another scam operation - PlumberSurplus.com. Clearly, they are not about hiking, camping, hunting or anything "Outdoors". They are simply a clearance house for whatever crap they can find to peddle.
