Recently travelled with Norwegian on following routes: - London to Oslo - Oslo to Tromso - Tromso to Svalbard - Svalbard to Tromso - Tromso to Oslo - Oslo to London Check in was quick and easy on all journeys. All the flights were bang on time, smooth transits and the onboard service was good. The landings were all smooth too. Staff at check ins and on board were all very pleasant. Luggage allowances are excellent for a budget airline. Only one thing - it is unethical to charge people such a lot of money just to type details of property lost in transit onto a database (would have given 5 stars but for this). I would certainly use this airline again

On the day I was to fly out to meet the ship in Italy, I was denied boarding because I only had a passport card. Norwegian has refused to give me a refund or credit towards a different cruise. They are an awful company, greedy and predatory.

My husband and I just finished a Baltic cruise from September 23-October 2 on The Norwegian Breakaway. We had 3 out of our 5 stops cancelled because of weather. While we understand that weather can be an issue we are very disappointed by how things were handled. As we were sitting in the Toronto airport waiting for our flight we met a couple who had just done the same cruise on the same ship. They had Berlin and Stockholm both cancelled. For us we lost Berlin, Helsiniki and Stockholm cancelled. At NO time since this happened have we been contacted by Norwegian to apologize in ANY way. Let alone offer us a compensation of any kind. They are very quick to charge a lot of money AND to charge for EVERYTHING but we have yet to even hear from them. If this time of year is not good for traveling the Baltic they should tell you that upfront OR not schedule a cruise at this time. As a consumer you assume if it is offered it is OK. If we do not hear from them we will probably not cruise Norwegian again. We know a lot of people and are on social media. There are a lot of cruise lines out there.
Awful support, my flight was cancelled during the pandemia, they not offer any money refund but only rewards after rise all their tickets prices... disgusting. After I booked the fligth due to some unpredictable family issues I had to cancel it and asked for a refund but they never replied my email. So I contacted their chat support and a very arrogant agent didn't help me at all, refuse the refund and even told me ''yeah, we don't use email as first contact''when I told them that I contacted them by email and never got a reply... so why the hell do you put it shown there ''send a ticket to our email'' as possible customer service support? Disgusting, what a bunch of scammers.
PS when I even mentioned about leaving some reviews the agent arrogantly said that they do not care. (and you can see... as mostly all their reviews are 1 stars)

I recently flew from Stockholm to Oslo on Norwegian and was impressed with the quality of the service from the check in to my departure from the terminal in Oslo. The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the boarding process through the front and back of the plane. The cabin seemed to have more legroom than the typical North American sardine can. The flight, while short, was comfortable, on time and easy.
HORRIBLE. I cannot believe how horrible Norwegian is. They changed the time of my flight so it lands at 11:10PM which makes it too late to check in to my hotel. I call them immediately, they check for other flights, can't find any so basically tell me there is nothing they can do unless I want to cancel the trip. It's despicable. THEY changed the flight and now I have to eat the 150 euro I paid for the hotel and sleep in the airport or pay for another hotel with a late check-in. They won't even put me up for the night because the delay doesn't make it a new day. And they changed my flight home as well so it leaves at 11:59PM. Can't be more obvious about trying to avoid having to give people hotel rooms. How scummy is that. Whatever you do DO NOT FLY NORWEGIAN.
They didn't provide so much as a single cup of water on an international ten hour flight unless you purchased the 35 euro meal package.
Unfriendly flight attendants, unhelpful check in service, and non-functioning in-air entertainment, and horrible, overpriced food. I will never fly with them again.
One star- this airline has the worse customer service. The associates a re unprofessional, insensitive and uncaring. Unfortunately and I had to make a change for departure to London because my mother's surgery was canceled and then rescheduled. I provided the airline documentation from the hospital to support my request for a change; after several talks with their associates and supervisor, I have received only a 20% refund. What a shame. My mother's surgery has been rescI only wish I had used another airline that demonstrates fairness and commitment to satisfy their customers. Heduled and I wanted them to apply the ticket to my travel this month. Having to purchase another ticket is major hardship for me. I only wish I had used another airline.And lack understanding of cultural differences.
I am a frequent flyer and I've tried so many companies but never something like this happened to me. They cancelled my flight to Iceland the 31st of December! Meaning I was planning to spend the New Year's Eve in Reykjavik, but instead I had to book with another company and spend it somewhere in Germany waiting for my transit to Iceland.
They only informed me about the cancellation 3 hours before the flight when I was already in the airport since I was with a transit. The worst part, the didn't offer any alternative! No flight the same day or the next or anything! They literally abandon us with no solution! I was told after I can ask for compensation, which they even dared to refuse! When they literally treated us like sh. T! Never again!
GOOD SERVICE, FEEL SAFE WITH THEM, AFFORDABLE, EXCELLENT AFFORDABILITY, ON-TIME. THEIR PHONE ASSIST IS EXCELLENT.
