No follow up

I am finally writing after more than a year with them. Initially, very on the ball when I first paid and wrote many letters and provided crypto tracing but no positive outcome and it was a waste of time. At this point, it is even have to get the person in charge, Kira, to call me back. After I finally get hold of kira, there was no follow up despite assuring me the team is working on it.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. You are the biggest sucker on this planet if you don't read the contract they send you. They promise A LOT of things that are specifically and explicitly excluded on the contract. My attorney said that this contract was written by monkeys. Don't waste your time with a fraudulent company.

I used icrypto experts as I was a victim of online fraud. I don't feel they presented my case well to the financial Ombudsman and I had to write giving further exact details and unfortunately I lost all my money. I was a clear victim of fraud and had they presented my case well i should have recovered my money. I went with icrypto based on the reviews however wish I hadn't now as I lost all my life savings.

All fake promises

They took my case reassuring me they would win giving me all this talk. Its a cowboy company be careful once fca say no they throw your case where the sun don't shine whilst been promised this and that they will use words like we are no win. O fee i don't give a monkeys

They hardly investigate the case you get pSsed from pillar to post even there advertisement says if its a no we still win no they don't when your no use to them its goodbye dissapointing wastes 4 months.

I'm disappointed with their services. After a 'CAREFULLY and SERIOUSLY' assessment, they rejected my case, citing less than a 51% chance of success.

It is not like they said on the radio, we listen, we CARE.

What did Icrypto do? Claim with the bank, and rejected my case when they got bank notice that disagreed with the claim.

While I understand statistical concerns, their decision lacks empathy. Every case is unique, and even a 1% chance deserves consideration. Icrypto prioritizes statistics over client care, making them unsuitable for those seeking empathy and individual attention.

My case is ongoing for 4 years now. 3 out of the 4 years I have had to constantly write to the case manager to get him to work on my case. When we started out, It was so promising and made it look so good to pay them for the service. To date, It feels like I spent more time on trying to contact them than they have worked on my case. To have to work for 3 years chasing them to service me and without a dime returned from the scammers and the case manager not communicating with me in regards to refunding me for the service they are not delivering…? I hope this review can result in an answer from them with a refund of the service they have not delivered.
Noteworthy anecdote is that the last time I made a review they called and wrote me and asked me to take my review down before any handling of my concerns and work got done or anything. It was a call to pacify and assure so as to get me to take the review down. I assume this to be the case with most of the bad reviews.

Now I wrote the case agent again (Max Rosner) and the email address does not exist anymore.
