My experience with this vendor was good. My order was shipped three days after payment cleared and my cigarettes arrived undamaged 21 days later. The cigarettes were fresh and appeared to be equal in quality to the domestic version. I recommend that new customers order a small quantity and see if they have the same experience. The prices are lower on this site than others and an added plus is that they also accept mastercard.

I have just read another customer story that is exactly like mine: 2 months after placing an order I've been told that my order was lost on US territory, and that they are not responsible for it according to 'the rules'. There is no any rules like that spelled out on the website. There is information though, that every order is shipped with registered mail (meaning - insured). I sent them a number of emails requestiong the tracking number and the explanation why they are not claiming the carrier for the reimbersment of the lost item, never received any answer.

This company ripped me off. I placed an order with them over 2 months ago and according to their shipping policy I was to receive my order within 2 - 4 weeks. I never received my order. After over a month of online chats and emails they finally told me today that my order was lost in the United States and their policy is if it is out of their country they do not do anything about the loss. I requested the tracking number (which I also had to do the first time I ordered from them because my order was lost and they gave it to me and I received my package) but today they are telling me it is against their policy to give out the tracking information. They refused to answer my question on why they provided it to me with my first order and now they refuse. They also refused to answer my question on why my account still has an order status of awaiting shipment instead of the date it was shipped. I believe that they never shipped my order and that is why my order status still says awaiting shipment and also why they refuse to provide me with the tracking number. I did not see anything in their policy on not providing tracking numbers for shipping. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE! If someone knows how I can get my money back please let me know. Also if someone knows how I can report this to google search please also let me know. Thank you.
