I had a great experience buying tickets for my upcoming vacation to the Philippines. I accidentally spelled my travel companion's last name wrong and just clicked on the phone link; Customer service rep Danish quickly sprung into action and immediately corrected the error. Danish also assisted me getting the airline (PAL) to assign us an aisle and middle seat that was our preference. Danish rocks; give him a raise! Great experience and I will recommend your site to all my friends.
After buying tickets and getting confirmation number, when I got to the airport to board my flight Cheap Air had canceled it and I never knew. My wife and I lost our flights & trip.

I was unable to find my recently purchased tickets in the Cheap Air file or my email. I called and was so pleasantly surprised to not have a long wait and then a polite young man offered to help. There were several issues that needed attention and he attended to them with great patience and consideration. He continued to be kind through my computer fumbling and he got the job completed. Very grateful and appreciative to him and his good attitude!
Needed to change my flight, so called the 800 #, short wait, then Darnell Romero. Agent, was there to help me. He could have not been any nicer. This all was taken care of in about 5 minutes, and I shortly received the new flight information.

Had to change flights due to COVID for two different people from two different cities to get us on the same international flights with connections, sent my preferences in an email to *******@cheapair.com as they request when you call and I got a call back maybe an hour later confirming any changes in flight prices and verifying my new flight info. Very friendly, efficient, I honestly put it off because I assumed it would be a nightmare, glad it wasn't at all difficult or stressful!

I had requested a refund on my tickets due to COVID-19. I didn't really expect to get a refund... maybe just credit... but the refund was preferable due to me currently being unemployed as a result of COVID-19. The customer service representative, Danish (his first name) was amazing. He was very understanding, polite, professional, prompt, and was able to get a refund for me. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had with customer service... in ANY industry.
I needed to purchase 10 round trip tickets from FLL to MHH on Silver Air and make sure that we could get all members of our party on the same flight. Danish Aftab Made was very professional and helpful in assisting me with purchasing these international flight tickets for a large group.
More impressive is you could tell he actually cared. That is a rare and wonderful experience when dealing with people by phone. It also speaks well of CheapAir.
I woke up this morning to a call from a friendly customer service agent at Cheap Air. I had made a reservation last night for myself and children to fly. Because my children were flying home on their own special arrangements needed to be made. It was nice that I did not need to try and contact Cheap Air. They were on it and took care of my reservation quickly.
CheapAir.com has become my first, last and only stop for airline reservations. I started using them about three years ago and after jumping around from site to site, I inevitably ended up coming back to them every time for booking. Now, whether traveling domestically or internationally, I don't even bother looking anywhere else. They always have the best deals and their customer service is outstanding when you do need them.
I was so pleased with CheapAir! From the ease of using the website, to the customer service. You actually speak with a representative within seconds of making the call! And they are extremely helpful and accommodating. Danish by the way was AWESOME! He went above and beyond! Will definitely look to CheapAir for future travel!
Simple, quick and hustle-free reservation process. What is more amazing is the customer support. I requested change of itinerary without difficulty and questions to answer. It was confirmed on the spot and got email confirming the new itinerary exactly what I requested. Above all, the rep researched quickly which flight I don't need to pay extra. Excellent service! My future reservations will be handled by CheapAir.
First of all, they are not even cheaper if they are it's with in 5 to 10 dollars. Second they can take your reservation, debit your account then call and tell you you owe more money. 3rd you call to see why they need more money and they don't know, so they cancel your reservation. The CS reps were rude and didn't even try to resolve. There are so many other options DON'T USE CHEAPAIR.COM it's a SCAM!
Had an issue that previously would cost me a ridiculous fee and tons of time to rectify. When I called cheapair to see what they could do, I spoke with Glen (who actually speaks perfect English) and he solved the issue super quick without an added fee. Extremely refreshing to experience that level service. I will ONLY use Cheapair when booking my flights from here on out. Great service. Fees are reasonable. And you guys accept crypto. I purchased 2 tickets from this site Cheapair.com will never use again. My ticket time for returning home was at 10:28am, well they changed it to 10:28PM. And when I asked for an earlier flight, they tried to charge me $500.00 extra per person. Please don't EVER use this site!
I bought insurance and tried to cancel within 24 hours because there were a better time and price right afterward booking. They refused to cancel and told me I had to pay more for the fee.
Please consider something else - like taking a horse and wagon.
Called re. Slow online airline booking. Called and immediately call was answered, question asked, answered politely and confirmed that in fact my reservation was confirmed. Within minutes, call came about a direct flight option, which we decided to take. Altogether a very positive experience. THANK YOU!
Read the fine print. Booked a direct flight from a canadian origin to canadian destination. Price quoted from cheap air was from westjet and the cheap air price was about $20 less RT than the westjet site. Not much but worthwhile. Booked and when received visa bill the price was in us dollars, which made it hundreds more than westjet fare direct from westjet site. Checked my bill and no where next to any numbers was us dollars. Only an asterisk to the bottom fine print indicating us dollars. Partly my fault but misleading none the less, especially on canada only flights.
I had booked the wrong date for one leg of my trip and when I realized it, immediately called CS at CheapAir. The person I spoke to helped me to correct this and did so with my interests in mind. GREAT WORK!
The site marks it has a 4 hour cancellation policy - however, this does not apply for most airlines, so the cancellation policy is complete nonsense. If you try to get customer support they charge you huge fees to change and try to persuade you into buying tickets now.
Very unethical site.
Wonderful customer service. Danish booked my flight in December and when airlines changed my flight I called him earlier this week and he quickly was able to find another suitable flight on a different airline. He handled the refund and rebooking within an hour. He made me feel like I was his only customer. He is extremely professional and is probably the BEST customer service rep I have EVER dealt with. I have his extension so I will always deal with him in the future if I use CheapAir. He is simply the best.
Support agent Danish fixed my error with no penalty fees! The entire phone call lasted 3 minutes at most. Quick and efficient, got to love it! Thanks Danish!

I recently bought a ticket. When I checked my credit statement, it said I was charged twice. How is it possible that I was double charged if I bought a ticket for ONE person AND it was the same EXACT flight. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and told me to directly call the airline. Unbelievable. Not only did they charge me twice, they didn't offer any help when I called them. Stay away from this site at all means.
