Did you purchase the seats with us? Can you email us at help@cheapair.com with a booking number or name of the customer, you can attn SiteJabber reviews.
Generally seat assignments should show on the itinerary we provide, but additional seat charges may not depending where in the booking process they were bought, but if purchased with us we can provide invoices.
