They "sold" a custom domain and charge $10 per month for it. Are you kidding me or what. That is not legal and deceptive. They don't honor their refund policy. 3) support is non resistant.
Run don't walk away.
No help from customer service. Everything disappeared and they said "Oh sorry, we don't back-up content. That's been happening to people." Then I had a maleware problem with the browser I used and it redirected my domain to about.me until I found a maleware service to get rid of it.

I had a page there and used their email signature, The photo came out half a photo and I contacted customer service because I couldn't remove it. I cancelled my page there because they told me the problem has been fixed and it hadn't. Now there is a broken link that I can't even remove with Google settings, I have to erase everytime I send an email, stay away.
Disgruntled
About.me took my money spammed my Email address sent them about 15 emails and ten emails on there contact form stay away there customer service is pathetic and they very quickly take your Money and then nothing and there online support from is criminal if you read it carefully it's very DODGY and very VERY naughty under Domain section and very naughty under the delete and close account section to
