I ordered from this website about 6 days ago, and since then I have been trying to track my order using the "tracking" option. However, instead of showing me my order status, there is a bunch of coded errors and "syntax errors". I cannot see my order number either. I paid with paypal, so does that mean my order did not go through? Because money was taken out of my paypal account. Can anyone tell me what is going on, and if i will still receive my wig regardless.

You might.:-) This is my main problem with this company. They don't really respond to inquiries too well. Their emails are all formatted wrong so it looks like a bunch of html code instead of a richtext email.

If you can log into your account on the site and track it that way, it might work. Sometimes links to track don't work right in an email and I end up having to track manually if you can get the tracking number from the order information in your account or from the email.
