Yes once I got finished with the mega hassle of ordering fam and friends raved about the wigs I ordered through the years and were looking forward to the several I tried ordering today

I ordered from this website about 6 days ago, and since then i have been trying to track my order using the "tracking" option. however, instead of showing me my order status, there is a bunch of coded errors and "syntax errors". i cannot see my order number either. i paid with paypal, so does that mean my order did not go through? because money was taken out of my paypal account. can anyone tell me what is going on, and if i will still receive my wig regardless. You might.:-) This is my main problem with this company. They don't really respond to inquiries too well. Their emails are all formatted wrong so it looks like a bunch of html code instead of a richtext email. If you can log into your account on the site and track it that way, it might work. Sometimes links to track don't work right in an email and I end up having to track manually if you can get the tracking number from the order information in your account or from the email.

Hello , i ordered a straight synthetic swiss wig called "risa" on the 1st of april. my account shows that the charge has been made but i never got any email confirmation or tracking number from wigtypes.com. can you please fix this problem. thank you
