You might.:-) This is my main problem with this company. They don't really respond to inquiries too well. Their emails are all formatted wrong so it looks like a bunch of html code instead of a richtext email. If you can log into your account on the site and track it that way, it might work. Sometimes links to track don't work right in an email and I end up having to track manually if you can get the tracking number from the order information in your account or from the email.
