I have received your catalog. i am considering placing an order. what is your response to the complaints regarding your customer service?

Answer:

Go to Sitejabber.com- many complaints! I would not buy from them again! After I put in a "free shipping" code, they increased all of the item prices, some as high as 100%!

No they have closed as of 12-31-2022. I know so many loved the company.

We do have interesting and unique items. The issue with review sites, is that no one ever takes the time to say good things. Only bad. I hope you'll take a chance on Victorian Trading.

Don't bother, its poor quality and not worth the money. Their customer service is terrible as well. Shop elsewhere, many other merchants have nicer merchandise and better quality.
