2 calls to Amex to confirm the order decline is not an issue on their end. They couldn't even see a declined order. PCP insists the issue is on their end but it wasn't. A major PIA to get an order placed...and it was my FIRST TIME! Hope this isn't a sign!

I ordered a pink flowered dress that was stated as being poly/cotton/spandex and NEW. I got a cheap, plastic polyester purple dress with a hole in it! Looked to be used and returned! Seller offered a partial refund or to send back at MY Expense…TO CHINA! So not worth it! They do this knowing you can't return it as it would cost more than the items did. They know they can get away with bait and switch! DO NOT BUY!

Tip for consumers:
No one in their right mind! RIP OFF! BAIT AND SWITCH!

I ordered several items which were supposed to be new. When they came, it was obvious they were used. I ordered thru their store on ebay. The listing promised free shipping and free returns. When I got my refund, they tried to deduct $15 for postage for one item ( it was a ring, which I paid $3.29 to send back at the post office.) I filed a complaint with eBay, who agreed it was against their rules and issued a full refund to me. I filed a complaint against them with eBay.
The second item was refunded today. They tried to deduct $7.50 as "Not being in original package." Well, it was returned in the same plastic baggie with the handwritten label it had, proving the items was a customer return and not new as they claimed. It was also photographed in their listing to appear much larger on the hand than it actually is.

I again filed with eBay for a full refund. Here is what I wrote. Anyone who does business with them must be aware it's buyer beware! They are beyond dishonest and disreputable! There are many other better sites to shop on with nicer merchandise, GOOD customer service and reputation.

The original package was a plastic baggie with a hand written label. It was returned in same with a padded envelope. In no way is a plastic baggie worth $7.50. The ring was not new as stated in the listing, it was obvious used and repackaged when it was sent to me.
This is just spite on the part of the seller because I filed a complaint with eBay for lying, promising if I chose "just did not like" for an earlier, defective item, that I would get a prepaid shipping label. The message this was in was reported to eBay and they said they would investigate. I have also posted numerous negative reviews warning of all the deceptive things this seller does. Ebay might want to look on some of the internet review sites such as Yelp, PissedConsumer and SiteJabber, as this company has MANY bad reviews, all of which complain of the same lack of customer service, defective or damaged items and a hassle getting a full refund. The Better Business Bureau has them rated at B- with 2 of 5 stars. There are numerous complaints filed against them.
This is just spite on the part of this seller for my reporting her for lying.
I am due a FULL refund. The ring was not as stated, was not new and is much smaller than they make it look in the photo. VERY deceptive!

I had a horrible experience and was ripped off by Capital One's Credit Card division. You won't find a company with worst customer service. They flat out lied. As a result, I canceled my account. I had also banked with Capital One 360 since they bought out ING and liked them, but since its the same parent company, didn't want to continue to patronize a dishonest company. I went searching for a new online bank and saw an article showing the best ones. Needless to say, cap One was not on that list! Discover bank was, and I liked what I saw, including the highest paying interest rate for savings out there. I switched and have not regretted it. The customer service is wonderful. MORE important, their call centers are ALL IN THE US! NO dealing with people with garbled accents that speak "English" but really don't understand the concepts behind the words. Discover Bank's reps are POLITE, well educated in the products and VERY HELPFUL! Needless to say, both hubby and I now have Discover credit cards as well. Discover Bank is really like what their commercials show on TV... polite, helpful AMERICANS! So great to see a US business keeping its jobs in the US and not offshoring! Can't recommend them highly enough! Great company!

LL Bean Does Not Stand Behind its Product Quality or Guaranty.
I bought a coat from LL Bean in January. It was "Comfy, Cozy Fleece Coat."

Initally, I loved it. It was warm and flattering, but in only about 2 months, the pocket zipper broke. I carry very little in my pocket, but want the zipper to work so nothing can fall out and get lost. I called the company hoping to get a replacement, but all they had was grey or purple, not any more in black. I did not like the coat in those colours, and I still want the coat, so they said they would pay to get it repaired, but I can't find any place that can do the repair. I would have been happy with a small percentage refund to compensate for the damage, but this is not offered. So now its either send back the coat and go without or live with a broken zipper. Very poor material if a zipper doesn't last more than a few months, and equally as poor customer service to leave a very unhappy customer. Not what LL Bean advertises itself to be!

Cap1 decided they no longer want to manage IRA accounts, so I made the arrangements to have mine transferred to my regular bank. I just got a letter from Cap 1 that simply states my account has been closed and if I have any questions, call them. Lots of helpful info... right? So I called to find out when my funds were sent out and how. Turns out the cheap greedy morons sent it SNAIL MAIL! 7 to 10 biz days to reach my bank! NO TRACKING INFO! Given how messed up USPS service is, there is no telling where it is, when or even IF it will arrive! Too cheap to Fedx it or even send it Priority. All the money Cap 1 has and this is the terrible customer service they give? I will NEVER use them again for ANYTHING!

DON"T USE THEM! INCOMPITENT!!

Totally Deceptive Company! Do Not Buy! Then they want you to commit mail fraud to return the wig!

This company is horrible! I ordered a Remy human capless wig from them in November. When it arrived, it was nothing like the picture they showed on their website as being the item. It was shorter, and much thinner. It is not Remy hair. It was not capless and had a fixed part. It doesn't look anything like the wig they pictured and that I relied on when ordering it.
When I went to their website, it said my order could not be disputed. No reason given. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and shortly after I recieved a email from WigBuy telling me to send the item back to them at MY expense. That postage would be over $40. I am happy to send the wig back to them AT THEIR EXPENSE. I do not want to keep it. Its not what I was told I would be getting, not what I ordered. I believe it is Federal Consumer Law in the US that if you are sent a product you did not order, a defective item or a wrong item that the merchant, not the consumer is responsible for paying return postage. For WigBuy, this should be quite simple. All they have to do is notify the shipper ( DSL) to pick the item up. Its called a call tag. For me to pay for shipping to China, it would be at least $40. I am disabled and on a fixed income, so this would be a hardship for me. Its not fair that I should have to pay to correct their mistake or deception.
Also, in one email from WigBuy, they say that when I return it, I should state the value of the wig as under $45. This is mail fraud. And also, if the wig were to be lost in the post, the most I would be reimbursed is $45, not the $174.68 purchase price. I responded that I was happy to return it, but that since it was the wrong item or grossly misrepresented, it was their responsibility to pay for return shipping. They could notify their shipper to pick it up. They refused, insisting it was my responsibility to pay return shipping. Its not, US consumer law states that if someone sends you something you didn't order.
Wigsbuy contested my dispute, saying I did not return the wig... BUT NEVER MENTIONED THAT THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING! Needless to say, I am now continuing the dispute further by sending pictures and copies of emails from WigsBuy to my credit card company. I am confident they will see how deceptive WigsBuy is and refund my money in full.
In short, this company is a sham, rip off and cheating its customers. DON"T BUY FROM!
I am spending my day posting as many truthful, negative reviews against them as I possible can!

2/6/16. After i posted this review, they contacted me ( see msg they posted) asking for my order number so they could make things right. I responded with that and explained what the issue is and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AT ALL! All I want them to do is to pay return shipping for the deceptive/wrong item they sent. I should not have to pay over $40 to correct THEIR fraud or mistake! A HONEST company would have resolved this IMMEDIATELY! NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!

I opened my Etsy store, Vintage Vixen's Attic years ago. I had used the name in the early 1990s in some brick and mortar stores in NJ. Last week I got a email from the owner of Vintage Vixen Clothing complaining I was infringing on her trademark, which dates from what I saw from 2015, well after my usage began. She rudely claimed I had one week to change MY name. The 2 names are not the SAME, do not show up in the same google search of each name and no reviews have been posted claiming anyone has been confused between the 2 names. Her store has 4k listings, mine hd 30. Hers is a typical retail vintage store, where mine PLAINLY states mine is to sell off the estate of my aunt, who was a Broadway actress in the 1920's. Really, anyone confused here? When I told her that I felt her demand was out of line and wrong and refused, plus informed her that due to being elderly and dealing with an illness that I was closing my shop in 2 weeks at the end of the month, she insisted she had the right to demand I change it in a week. I refused, as this would make it impossible for my customers to find me. She decided to act like a bully and complain to Etsy. Etsy sent me a notice saying there had been a complaint and I had one week to change my shop name. Seems they don't care who is right, only who complains first. I asked their legal dept to look into this to insure this person had a valid claim and was told they do not do this and can't give any legal opinion, just act on the complaint regardless of merit. Guess when you are paying fees on 4k plus listings, you have a lot more rights then when you have 30.

HORRIBLE! I ordered often and suddenly began having problems with defective or misrepresented items. Several items were not packaged, but just crumpled up and stuffed in the package with other properly packaged ones. Several items had obviously been worn. I ordered 4 pair of what was supposed to be leggings... they were tights or stockings, not leggings! You could not wear these without something over them as THEY WERE SEE THRU! I ordered these for a 15 y/o and no way would I ever let her go out of the house in them! Another item, a pair of pants had a HOLE in the waistband seam, and were made that way! NO quality control! A skirt I ordered had the waistband seam UNRAVEL the first time I wore it... AT WORK! Really unhappy with the leggings as I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY to ship them back! WHY? Had they been HONESTLY described, I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THEM! I should have to take time off from work and drive to the post office to ship them back? TOTAL PIA and once my credit is used from the defective items, I WON"T BE ORDERING FROM THEM! Lost a GOOD customer as I spent around $100 a week on Zulily!
