My experience with Tmart was horrible. They never sent the order in the first place and after NUMEROUS attempts to get my merchandise they finally shipped it. It was next to worthless. I will not trust them! They lie, and deceive.

Don't worry, the easiest way to use the "Live Support" which can be usable after signed in. In this way you can communicate in real time with one of their member from their call center by chat directly.
I have ordered from this site several times and I always get my order. Sometimes it is a long wait but it will come sooner or later. The shipping number was not correct for my orders either. I couldn't track them. But I think you will get it. Their shipping is really slow. Hope this helps. Betty
The tracking number they gave you was for China and it is not the same tracking number used by UPS/USA. Contact them and they will give you the link to tracking in China.
I am afraid I have no good experience from this site. Hey I might just have been unlucky.
