Hello, I purchased 2 tickets for an upcoming Lumineers show at SPAC. My card was charged, but I received no email confirmation

Hello Brett,

It would be best for you to call us about this concern. There are many reason why you might not see an email, where one being that it was entered incorrectly. Therefore, by calling us we can check all your information and see if we can locate your purchase. You could also check who charged you and contact them based on the 10 digit code after their business name. That company would be your merchant on record and responsible for the transaction.
