Hi,

Please make sure you read all the information on the site. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as posting days.

I think it will be best if we refund your payment (if I has been made) and close your account as it is clear you have not read the information we provide and to be asking why it has not been dispatched over Easter weekend is ludicrous.

The order will be cancelled with immediate effect.
