Never had a problem and the website has always worked for me. I also forgot my password and emailed the office... they have no access to passwords and this is done by computer so check your spam folder was their response. The email was in there and the rest is history... HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Hi, Please make sure you read all the information on the site. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as posting days. I think it will be best if we refund your payment (if I has been made) and close your account as it is clear you have not read the information we provide and to be asking why it has not been dispatched over Easter weekend is ludicrous.
