I know this is an old question, but to save others that stumble across it as I have done. I could not recommend TipTrans enough. Reputable, honest and much cheaper than TaoBao FOCUS.

It is a legit company. However as mentioned previously, operate a major scam. Expect to pay extortionate amounts and hidden fees! They will hold you to ransom over the goods you have bought.
