This past weekend we received a tremendous amount of traffic to our website which overwhelmed our processing system. This caused some customers to receive a failed order message while their card was charged. However not to worry we are aware that your card was charged and are processing your order. If you check your order status on our website it is currently marked as processed which means your order is being processed and will be shipped shortly. Again we apologize for the issue and are working diligently to add additional server resources to handle traffic spikes in the future.
