I never received a single response from my complaints about their product so can't imagine they would respond to a request for a refund. Online BBB might have a phone number.

I had a 3-year subscription for Registry Reviver that I got for the price of a one year subscription. I used RR for one year before Webroot wouldn't allow the program to run. So, I wrote off the other two years.

Since I like registry cleaners, I purchased iolo System Mechanic. Wow! What a terrific program.
