Is the $60.00 charged to card when signing up credit I will have for purchases, or a fee for joining?

The $60 is required to join, but they buy bids for you to use in the auctions. You just aren't given a choice on what bid package to buy when you first sign up.

Take your 60 bucks and change all the large bills in for one's. Go to the end of a pier, ledge of a cliff or high-rise balcony. Take those one dollar bills and experiment with different types and shapes of paper airplanes and toss them off and see how well they fly. To me and many others, a much better way to spend 60 bucks!

The $60 is for a 100 bid pack. Each bid is worth $. 60. You use them on an auctio you want to bid on. The total bids you have used and the value is on the screen, so you can see it at all times. If the auction ends or if you reach the retail value, you can use the Buy it now option at any time then and the value of the bids you have used will be deducted from the retail price and you pay only the difference. My suggestion is to use your bids to play in Bid Pack auctions and get voucher bids that way that have no value toward retail price, but you can save the bids with value for something you really want. Please remember don't keep hitting bid! Let others bid too. Hold off or you will run out of bids and have nothing to show for it. I always tell everyone to watch some auctions before you start bidding You will learn a lot! Quibids is really great and honest. Great cutomer service too. I have won thousands of $ of items from 3D led tvs to tablets, to cameras, to luggage and I could go on. Watch, enjoy, then play and win.

The $60 is for a certain number of bids for you to use on the site. When they are gone, you have to buy more. Me, I'd call it a fee... but then I'm jaded about Quibids.
