Why when I go into MY COMPUTER to chose photos from the file on my computer, the file doesn't show ALL the pictures it's suppose to have in that file?

I will now not have the book ordered in time to give to my daughter as a gift as intended! I never would have purchased the voucher if I had read some of the reviews/complaints on this very concern. I feel as though Picabo has taken my money and I am getting nothing in return! Do they really expect that I am going to order the book anyway and not use the purchased voucher so that it expires????? So very upsetting! I am up for any suggestions.....
how do i autofill after adding more photos, after the initial prompt?
Once I choose a source to upload photos from and the files load... I try to open the files but they will not open for me to see or choose any pictures to upload.

As the previous answer indicates, you can make the image POP by using the multiple, easy to use editing tools. Also, be sure to PREVIEW before ordering. The preview gives you an exact likeness of what you will receive.

You can edit the picture... increasing saturation and clarity might help
