Why when I go into MY COMPUTER to chose photos from the file on my computer, the file doesn't show ALL the pictures it's suppose to have in that file?

I purchased a voucher from Picabo for $100 towards a photobook. I have made the photobook ($117) that is a gift, and when I tried to apply the voucher at checkout t would not accept it. I will now not have the book ordered in time to give to my daughter as a gift as intended! I never would have purchased the voucher if I had read some of the reviews/complaints on this very concern. I feel as though Picabo has taken my money and I am getting nothing in return! Do they really expect that I am going to order the book anyway and not use the purchased voucher so that it expires????? So very upsetting! I am up for any suggestions.....
how do i autofill after adding more photos, after the initial prompt?
Once I choose a source to upload photos from and the files load... I try to open the files but they will not open for me to see or choose any pictures to upload.

If you're done editing and ready to buy, go back to the home screen-->My Projects and add it to the cart from there
