File a complaint against them with the Better Bureau Business. If they say they're going to work with you to resolve the issue, reject their offer (since they have already failed to resolve the issue). I got a refund (direct deposit) within a month after filing a complaint.
Good luck. If you pay by credit card you have to call the bank and reverse the charges.
You will never receive a check, I also have spent months waiting on resolution of charging problem. Hours and hours of phone calls. Good luck
Waiting is prerequisite for using their services, but it's not in the fine print!
