Has anyone reached success with this company solving issues? I read only negative reviews. Too bad because I have already booked tickets with them...

This is not my first time booking flight ticket online yet the first booking with mytrip.com and I got frustrated due to their terrible customer service.
I paid, I got confirmation letter, I got the e ticket receipt too. Yet when I checked in online there was no any reservation under my name.
I called and talked to 3 of representatives of mytrip and they couldn't find my booking reservation neither. They also weren't able to answer my questions regarding why I got the confirmation letter, e ticket receipt yet they couldn't find my booking. They have been not only unhelpful but also being rude when they kept trying to cut me off saying "sorry, I can't help, and I can't stay on the line with you".
Yeap, they got my, money, they did email me confirmation letter, e ticket receipt and then they said that's not their fault not being able to find my booking reservation.

Yes the same as mine I made a booking on the 18th of May. It's 5 days now they don't even dare to answered you. Until now they don't send me my e-ticket I've been calling their hotline written in their website but no answers. The first time was good enough but not this time. It's too hard to communicate with them. That they already deducted to my partner's credit card. Can you give an attention with our concerns please? Mytrip.com.

If you consider not being able to use the ticket purchased because they are completely incompletent, resulting in having to purchase additional flights that cost more than USD $3,000 a solution to the issue, then yes. We'll see how many phone calls I have to make in the coming weeks to get the (meager) refund back from them.

Just keep your fingers crossed that no changes need to be made (including by the airline, because they won't even help with those, as we learned the hard way) and you should be fine.

So did I! Only read about it when I faced problem my self. Managed to change my flight with a lot of hard work rang probably around 20 times and thats for real. Staff cutting you off, saying they cant help etc. They dont seem to understand clear english had to speak simple for them to understand my issue, think from greece. My advise if you made the mistake dont give up!
