How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Instacar.com?

Very easy and they are excellent. The problem is not with customer service. It is the web design that does not allow for the check out (lot's of problems with the check out) Another problem is taht they design teh site using English from South Africa, which is not the same. For instance they ask how much you want to give as a tip, so you choose, then later Instacar send you an email and ask if you want to "adjust" the tip, when they mean "double" the tip or increase the tip. I didn't know what they mean by adjusting becasue they had exactly the same tip I had given highlighted and asked me to agree with it (so, you wonder whetehr the tip you selected didn't go through) then at the botton your bill comes with a $10.00 increase and I was told that it means nothing, if I had clicked it only show how much I would pay if I din'dt have the increase, which is an insane reason... so, the whole thing needs to be re-done in order to make sense.
