I tried to get some information about a potential renter and the system hung and never returned the report. How do I get this information, beings I paid the fee and it has been taken from my checking account already?

I only signed up for this at $9.99 and cancelled and now I find out you have been charging me $38.95 per month .I want my acct credited back for these
