Hi Ann. HappySmile is proven to work faster so you need less weartime. HappySmile does not cause any sensitivity. HappySmile 16 has 3ml gel per syringe. Polanight has 1ml gel per syringe.

I have checked on the site and both brands are top quality and both tested and are dentist gels. I use the happy smiles own brands as they do not cause sensitivity unlike polanight brand. I have used polanight in the past and it is very good results but happy smiles seems to offer a whiter smile. Hope that helps you.
