Hallo, just used the whitening gel for the first time and my gums are so white, were almost bleeding. Its like there were eaten by the gel. Is that something i need to worry about?

You need to use our custom fit lab trays with the important seals & reservoirs. (Seals stop any gel from leaking onto the gums and reservoirs provide even whitening). Your problem will be that you will be using cheap trays from another site. Always use our custom fit tray lab service for "optimum results" and a highly comfortable experience. Please PM us with your order number so we can confirm if you are a customer or if you have used another company. We are always here to help as we supply the best quality dental prducts that are scientifically proven to work by leading global dental studies.

This happens with all dental bleach. You are best using custom fit dental lab made trays these worked best fro me.

ALL dental peroxide that gets into contact with skin can make it go a temporary white colour and is nothing to worry about. The gums will go back to normal after a few hours. Dental peroxide is a chemial and it when it comes into contact with the skin it can go white this is a "normal"
Chemical reaction and applies to all peroxide based products.

However if you follow the steps below you will prevent it.

1) You should not be using cheap mouth trays purchased online. You must order professional Custom Fit dental lab trays as these trays have special "seals" that contour around the gumline and prevents the dental bleach from coming into contact with the gums.
2) Always apply enough dental bleaching gel into the trays so you whiten the enamel not your gums with a little trial and error you will know exactly how much gel to apply in future.
3)You can also use a very small dose of Vaseline or Vitamin E oil on the gums before you apply the gel and this will act as a protective barrier.
