on 5/12/15Im using them for almost a year but no more... they keep sending me 25 % discount almost every week to gain me back... NO WAY! Yeah i order atleast 2,000 each order... total loss for them... until now they still awe me money for the fleece fabric i order long time ago, when i order it it has 50 yards of it, after 10 days they gonna tell me its out of stock, waited for replacement, until now no replacement... i got a lot of horrible experience with this company,,, dirty fabric that looks like somebody use it to rub on their body... really really sucks!
I am one of those who had a terrible experoence. They lied, were unresponsive, and when my order finally came, they made a mistake. That said, I called them, and they are sending me the correct fabric--at least that's what they told me. We'll see. Throughout the three week debacle, they were friendly. Maybe they are just ridiculously inept. I placed a big order, and they may do simple orders just fine. They will male it right--just keep at them.
I have been buying from Fabric.com for more than a year and have NEVER had a bad experience with them. They fill and ship my orders quickly and I receive my order within a week... usually within 2 days via UPS. I have read the negative feedback and truly cannot understand why these people are having so many issues. I recommended them to a friend and she too has had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I think you should place an order and see how your experience goes before writing them off.
