I have had a terrible experience please avoid this company. I am not getting a response now from them has anyone else had difficulty stopping payment with these gangsters?

I genuinely believe the software is in its infancy and in development. I have a client and am currently trying to get a full refund on the basis of a miss sell. It appear to be missing basic functionality and I cant complete a stock in a realistic time frame due to the way its programmed. What were your issues with epos now more specifically?

Yes they are rip of merchants & now my till is locked out unless I pay an additional £432 + vat
