There is so many bad reviews of stuff not arriving or arriving damaged and the customer service ignoring people! Not to mention the majority of good reviews are off employees of dresslink who are paid to post them!

Why are people still taking the risk?

I've still been ordering on a regular basis. I am just a fan of their clothing and prices and have no incentive other than that to say positive things about them. I do think that 85% of items I purchase are really good and the other 15% will not be as expected, so I agree that some items can be not what I expect, but for all the good items, it's worth it to have the odd thing that isn't right. So maybe for some people when they've ordered two items and one isn't right, they feel really disappointed, but overall, I am happy with most of the things I buy and have been ever since. I am in Australia and maybe cos China is closer to me than the USA, postage has less issues, so there could be different post issues depending where you live. I do also try to pick items that are gonna work if they are a bit smaller or bigger than I expect, like shirts, or posh type tops and items like bags, so I could also have better luck because of what I choose. And like any online clothing shopping, it can be hard to get just the right size, so I do expect a little variation and when something is just too small, I have friends and family I have given items to, so that works for me and some have loved the items. So I have still been ordering regularly, such as I order an item or a few items together from there about once a month and have still been really happy and have received ever order I have placed. For me they take a month on average to arrive, but I am fine with that.

Hey there! I think more people have a better experience wheb they order a small quantity. I have orfeeeed from this twice now & received my items in a timely fashion & the fact I only do express has a lot to do with it as well so I can track my shipping. The first time I ordered a bulk of 12 & the second time I ordered 12 again. I'm skeptical of ordering anything more than 20 items because the possibility of an order going wrong is very possible. But, so far Im happy with my small purchases. Give it a try, start small... The best of luck to you! :)

Exzactly i received a reply email after numerous sent emails from myself inquiring about not only one order but 3 orders... 2 of the orders have completely disapeared from the order history and 1 of the orders have been pending since january, 2015 which i paid for out of my paypal account... so finally after months of trying to contact someone by phone &email i receive a email in which i replied today so i"m waiting to see how many more months will pass by before a follow -up email is returned... i"m not trying to start trouble i just feel as though i deserve a timely response as a customer not a response 5or 6mths later

I just ordered a couple shirts and I got the second to the cheapest shipping and my order came in about 10 days! Some of the clothes are better quality than others I will say and the sizing is hard to figure out but I was happy with my first order! I guess its a half and half experience. My advice would to just not order a large amount so that way if your package gets lost or something. It isn't a big loss. BTW I live in alabama

I do not know what happens in Peru, but in Romania was not so. Last year I ordered 4 or 5 product to you and did not get even one.
After two and a half months of delays got my money back.

Well i bought from dresslink due to a friend recommendation: she bought there first and she got her parcel so if she got her clothes and was happy with it well it made me take the risk. Situations vary from country to country and well here in Peru it seems to be that our postal services don't loose any parcels or we just got lucky with our orders. At my first time i ordered 6 items and the order came complete and in the time mentioned. I chose China Post shipping without tracking number because it was the cheapiest (that was a lot of risk) but everything was fine. It's just about if you dare to take the risk.
