I tried to order a dress, but my credit card would not work due to my credit card company flagged it and would not allow transaction. I had actually attempted to buy the same dress three times because I thought I had entered my card number incorrectly or something. Anyhow, it did not appear any of the transactions completed. Now I have three emails saying order confirmed. What should I do now? My credit card company confirmed they declined the transaction due to region it was ordered from has large gambling affiliation sites.
I really love a dress on your site, But I have had some bad experiences with some online companies.. I did once order from a company, named "DressLily" very close to your name. The coat I ordered was way to small and very cheap.. I have read tons of reviews from your customers and they are about 50/50... I worry about the colour and sizing, as well as quality.. I am really looking into ordering my wedding dress from dressily me. As many others stated I have a tight budget & want someone simple yet nice. Be unworn / unaltered / unwashed/ odorless
Have original tags attached in original positions
Be in perfect condition
Have no stains, rips, odors or damage of any kind
Be returned with all accessories including shawl and straps

They do NOT follow any of their return policies. Whatever they say, do not believe them. They cheat people. Do NOT trust them!

No, I would not suggest ordering from this site. The dresses look beautiful on the website, but are not like that when received. You cannot return! Poor customer service
