I tried to order a dress, but my credit card would not work due to my credit card company flagged it and would not allow transaction. I had actually attempted to buy the same dress three times because I thought I had entered my card number incorrectly or something. Anyhow, it did not appear any of the transactions completed. Now I have three emails saying order confirmed. What should I do now? My credit card company confirmed they declined the transaction due to region it was ordered from has large gambling affiliation sites.
I really love a dress on your site, But I have had some bad experiences with some online companies.. I did once order from a company, named "DressLily" very close to your name. The coat I ordered was way to small and very cheap.. I have read tons of reviews from your customers and they are about 50/50... I worry about the colour and sizing, as well as quality.. I am really looking into ordering my wedding dress from dressily me. As many others stated I have a tight budget & want someone simple yet nice. The dress I am looking at is more plain no lace or anything on it just a little rousing in the top part. I also know they don't send picture as the dress is being made which I am also nervous about but I have seen many good & also bad reviews. I just wanted to see if it was a plain dress would it be better then something with a lot of detailing in the dress? Thank you.

I think it is better for you to place your order according their measurements on their site. Or you could custom your dress, they offer Custom Size service.

Don't order from them at all. It doesn't matter if you give them exact measurements, they can't get even that right and then they won't reimburse you for the dress, with proof and according to their stated policies.
