Hi, I would like to know, how come when I am trying to check in online they can't find my information? My ticket paid off by the way

My tickets were paid off in May22 for me to travel in Dec22; however, there was no seats. Tickets were issued multiple times but not confirmed by the airline. You have to call the airline to make sure it's confirmed.
