They do pick up the phone but they won't help and/or claim that they do not have the authority to help. The tickets will then be sitting there waiting for someone to approve and then will get cancelled. It sucks!

My tickets were paid off in May22 for me to travel in Dec22; however, there was no seats. Tickets were issued multiple times but not confirmed by the airline. You have to call the airline to make sure it's confirmed.
