Possible reasons for delays in your order may include:
• Ring resizing (up to 5 business days delay)
• Inspection for gem and jewelry report ( up to 5 business days delay)
• AVS – expensive international and domestic orders require additional verification process. (up to 5 business days delay)

If you believe your order does not fall into any of the 3 categories listed above please provide your username or the order number you are referring to so we can provide an explanation on what exactly happened and why there was a delay. Please forward the information to improvements@bidz.com and you will be contacted within a timely manner with a resolution.

I bought several items from this company only to find out later that the items I bought were fake. The gold content on some rings I bought was ok but the stones were fake, not diamonds as stated. I brought a Grandmaster watch to my jewellers who confirmed this was a fake too.
Very disappointed and would not recommend this site anymore having done so for a while to others.

How are they allowed to stay in Business?

This website is WORTHLESS, I won and PAID FOR an item on 1/1/10 and despite being told it could take up to 5 business days to ship it and then 5 or more to receive it I stiil bought it. It has now been 11 days and even though I checked several times it has not even been shipped AND DESPITE THEIR HAVING POSTED A TRACKING # 3days ago FED EX has no record of it (see below)

There are at least 175 Reports on this company ripping off people on rippoffreport.com I wish I had checked there first --- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS SITE COMPLETELY

I have purchased from this website, and the disclaimer says that you could wait 3 to 5 weeks. Since I live in Canada I figures I would be waiting a long time. In about 3 weeks I received my products, as I ordered and real items too. Continue to buy from this site and will do so in the future. No complaints. It is reputable and they sell what they say.
