LI singed up for a month on 3/12/16. I didn't expect I would be automatically be billed for another month.
I don't need this service at this time but didn't know
I would have to unsubscribe. You charged my credit card 4/12/16 for another $22.86. Can I get a refund?

You do realize that canceling online is a normal part of the internet and expected by all customers of your website. By not having this you're way behind the times and have just created a giant pain in the $#*! process to canceling. I'm a web developer and this site made me cringe for it's total lack of user/customer experience.
