on 1/6/16Water is never discouraged, on any diet. Or no diet. Your body needs water to function properly. Dehydration alone will cause you to feel tired, weak, and unable to focus. Which leads to the average person reaching for the nearest sugar rush. Or caffeine, or whatever. Your body needs none of these, it's really craving water.
