I don't know about everything else but a T9 12" circular light bulbs delivery fee was $18. The light only cost $5. Got it at Walmart for $7.
No. It varies by the product. I'm not sure if it's by weight or size. I've bought different items 3 times and the shipping has been different each time. Shipping and delivery is relatively fast.
