Needed to change location of where the birth certicate was from but they already processed it and wouldn't give me a refund or even use the same money I paid for to place a new order with the correct location. They told me to pay again for a new order. So now I'm out of money with nothing to show for it and they expect me to pay them again. Don't even try going through customer service because they are RUDE and hung up on me.
