I ordered an Alpina GMT watch from Jomashop. The watch arrived defective due to misaligned minute and hour hands and date which changes at around 9:30am! I sent photos and video and Aleeya from Jomashop does not see anything wrong with it! They do not want to cover shipping costs from Australia, although they sent a faulty watch, or give discount to repair it, basically communication stopped when I asked for it. Very poor customer service. Total disaster, avoid at all costs especially when order from overseas.
