I should have realised when it asked for your bank details before even showing you the menu that it was some form of scam. When I looked at the menu choices it was clear that I couldn't eat any of the meals (I am coeliac) so I immediately cancelled my subscription and deleted my account - this happened in the space of 10 minutes. This morning I woke up to an alert from my bank of a payment to this company. Attempted to use the online customer care - the bot is utterly unhelpful and there appears to be no email or phone number. Looks like I am not the only person to have this issue, absolutely disgusting.
