My purchase was for a birthday gift, unfortunately the web site isn't smart enough to tell you an item is on back-order though. After it didn't show up when the site estimated it would I called them; The customer "service" rep I spoke to treated me like an interruption to her day, saying "I don't know what you want me to do about it". She told me it would ship by the 15th, it did not, so I went on their web site and used the chat feature. The rep in chat was much more pleasant, promised they would get it shipped that day with free upgraded shipping, both lies. It shipped the next day, apparently on the back of a lame camel, it arrived 10 days after it was originally estimate to arrive.
