I tried to order some sunglasses through them, as they seem to have a really nice range of frames. However I sent customer services a query when the voucher code for 20% of lenses did not take 20% off but more like 12%. I did not hear back from customer services and when I checked the site again the 20% offer was missing and there was a 10% offer. I applied the code for the 10% offer and again it only took about half of that amount off the price. They don't seem to have an online chat option or a customer centre phone number that works. I have then read the reviews about this company and I have decided not to proceed with buying any glasses from them. They seem to communicate very poorly, provide misleading information on the vouchers and offers, don't address customer concerns have a very poor record for delivering and accepting returns of eyewear.

They seem very untrustworthy.

They provide misleading information about their vouchers and offers. Customer service don't reply when you question this. They have terrible reviews in terms of delivery of goods and accepting returns. So in the end I have not bought from them, so I was very interested in their range of frames.
