The first time I ordered from here, it took approximately 15 days for the album to come, and the condition was satisfactory. The corners were slightly dented, but a forgivable amount. However, the 2 other times I ordered from this site, I was highly disappointed.

The second time I ordered, it took FOREVER for my album to come and it was in bad condition as well. They did such a poor job with the packaging that when I received the album, the seal was already torn open, and there were already several scratches on the front. Plus the corners were dented a lot.

The third time I ordered was no different- it again took a REALLY long time for my album to come and again, the seal was already torn open and the album had scratches. Not to mention the dented corners- again. I also ordered a poster with this album, and guess what? It never came. I sent them a message after 15 days asking if they even sent it, and they replied saying to wait 40 days. I was upset of course, because who wants to wait 25 more days? But I held on. After 40 days though- nothing. I messaged them again, and they said that the poster was "out of stock". Like wtf? I even preordered it to make sure that this didn't happen! They gave a small refund, but obviously it's going to cost a lot more to buy the poster separately somewhere else, and I had to wait 40 days for all of this to happen.

If you don't want to wait long for your orders to come, and you don't want all of your orders damaged due to poor packaging, then don't order from here.

I'm never ordering from here again.
