In March/2020 I've order an FT Island album from them and I've choose the shipping that they said it was still available to my country (Brazil) and it included a shipping code. Days later I've received an e-mail from them saying that my order have been shipped and they would send the tracking code later. But they never did. I have sent them multiples emails asking for the tracking code, but they didn't even bother to reply to me. So now 5 months later, I haven't received my order or heard anything from them. I asked for a refund today, I hope at least now they will reply. I really don't recommend you try buying anything from this site. Unfortunately.
